Alpha Kappa Psi is a professional business fraternity. Dating back to 1904, the Brotherhood was founded on the principles of educating its members to appreciate business and the network Alpha Kappa Psi provides. With 236 active chapters, 12,000+ members, and 250,000+ total alumni, our national network is both impressive in size and prominence.
The Epsilon Rho Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi is comprised of over 50 active Brothers from all 4 schools at the Penn. Brothers are involved on campus through a variety of professional organizations, political organizations, performing arts groups, and more. We have an established presence in every major industry - finance, consulting, marketing, technology, media, entertainment, healthcare, and more, with current and alumni Brothers working at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, McKinsey & Co, Google, Microsoft, Bain & Co, BCG, and so many more amazing companies. While our Brothers are driven, passionate, and dedicated in their own lives, they are also committed to the Brotherhood as a whole. We are a welcoming and tight-knit community whose members support one another in reaching our professional and personal goals.
This semester, we will not be recruiting or taking a new Pledge Class. The decision to refrain from conducting a Rush process is new for our community, and we will miss interacting with driven, passionate Penn students in the coming weeks through our traditional Rush events. However, we are excited to spend this semester restructuring our Recruitment Process and Pledge Program, to make both more beneficial to our Rushes and Pledges. We will also be evaluating our external professional events and creating new ones to have a more meaningful impact on business students at the University of Pennsylvania.
We continue to believe that ambition, determination, and passion are qualities that lead us to make the most of the opportunities available to us at Penn, and we as a Brotherhood support an environment conducive to achieving those ends. We look forward to welcoming interested students in the Fall, with an improved Recruitment process and a Pledge Program meant to help you grow - as a professional in an increasingly dynamic business world, and as a person. If you are interested in staying up to date on our Chapter and upcoming events, please like our Facebook page, view our pitchbook, and fill out this interest form.We look forward to seeing you in the Fall!
